Prayer Labyrinth

What is a Prayer Labyrinth?

For centuries, people have walked labyrinths as a way to pause, reflect, and connect with God. Ours is a quiet, sacred space – a path of peace where you never get lost.

Whether you're carrying a question, looking for calm, or just want a moment to breathe, the labyrinth is for you.

How do you use it?

However you want! But below are some suggestions to get you started....

Walk with mindfulness

Take each step slowly, noticing the sounds around you and what stirs within. Let the rhythm calm your heart.

Walk with your questions

Struggling with faith? Wrestling with something? Bring your questions with you. Invite God to walk alongside and offer a new perspective.

Walk in prayer

As you journey inward, draw close to God. At the centre, offer thanks. As you return, reflect on how you might share God’s love in the world.

Walk in reflection

Begin by letting go of what weighs you down. Pause at the centre in gratitude. Leave with a renewed sense of peace and purpose.

No matter where you’re at, or what brings you to the labyrinth, our prayer is that you’ll find space, stillness, and a blessing for the journey ahead.

Come and be part of it.
