PCC Members
Each year, we elect new members onto the PCC. We have just done that, so are now chasing everyone for a photo! Here’s where we are at the moment… very nearly there!
A Parochial Church Council (PCC) is the governing body of a parish church in the Church of England. It works alongside the vicar or rector to support the church’s mission, worship, and practical life within the local community.
The PCC is made up of clergy, churchwardens, and elected members of the congregation. Its responsibilities typically include:
Supporting the spiritual and pastoral life of the church
Managing church finances and budgets
Caring for church buildings and property
Helping shape the church’s vision and activities
Ensuring legal and safeguarding responsibilities are met
Representing the views and needs of the parish community
The PCC is a registered charity in most parishes and meets regularly to make decisions about the life and work of the church.
If you wish to contact a member of the PCC please use the link below and it will be forward to the relevant person.
If you are concerned about someone being at risk of harm, please contact the relevant person on the Safeguarding team here.
