This is a group for expectant parents, or those with new babies.

Expecting a child can be thrilling, but also daunting, and, for many women, pregnancy and the months after giving birth can be a slog as they navigate various changes in their bodies. This groups gives everyone a chance to be honest about what they are both enjoying and finding hard. This group will enable new parents to be refreshed and find support and understanding within all the change, excitement and challenges that parenthood brings.
